To return an item, e-mail us at Questions@IndependentAtHome.com and we will give you a return number.  To receive a refund, any item returned must be in the original unopened package and in unused condition.  If the item is returned and is not in new unused condition, we will not refund the item.

Hygiene products are not returnable for obvious reasons (including all toileting, bathing, dining, and incontinence products).  There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns due to our high overhead fees .
